Allergen information
Our dishes may contain or come into contact with the 14 regulated allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites.
Please call us on 01422 375256 before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance. We prepare food in a busy kitchen and cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
Privacy notice
We collect the contact, address and order information needed to fulfil your order, provide support, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed.
Order updates are sent only when relevant to your order. Marketing consent is separate and optional. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the takeaway.
Ordering terms
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Your order is accepted only after Kai’s confirms it. Preparation and delivery estimates may change at busy times. Cash payment is due on collection or delivery.
Prices, availability, delivery fees and minimum values shown at checkout apply to that order. We may reject an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside the delivery area or the kitchen cannot fulfil it safely.
Cancellation policy
Call 01422 375256 as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. If card payments are introduced, approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.
